Fab Yarns is focused in providing customers with reliable quality and competitively priced products. We follow a rigid protocol, to ensure the quality of our products before they are delivered to the customers. We understand how important it is to have the right raw materials for creating high-quality products to help fulfil the needs of customers.

For this, we lay special emphasis on selecting the right grade of raw materials with better uniformity (U%), lower variation, and better winding.

Our trained and experienced Quality Control personnel are adept at monitoring each stage involved in the production process, from the blow room through to the winding.

Preparation of the fibre is the heart of the production cycle, and FAB pays special attention to this stage. We use Indian Shankar-6 cotton for knitting yarns and with contamination sorters at the blowroom to control the foreign fibres. This cotton – being rain fed and roller ginned, it provides improved dye uptake and better fabric appearance.

To ensure good quality of yarn we run carding machines at moderate speeds and comber noils are extracted at optimum levels.

There are electronic clearers at the winding stage to future check contamination in the yarn.

Yarns are conditioned to provide improved efficiency at Knitting and Weaving

Fabric are inspected in accordance with the American 4 point system before being packed and shipped.

Fab Yarns also checks samples of each lot at an independent lab. We do this to confirm all the technical parameters of the products match our quality protocol.
